Holkham
Further along the coast lies Holkham with its stunning sandy beaches and historic stately home, beautiful gardens and shops while a short distance away is the fishing town of Wells-next-the-Sea with a lovely beach, and plenty of amenities to keep children and adults entertained for hours.
Holt
The historic and bustling town of Holt is only 15 mins away by car which has a preserved steam railway running through picturesque countryside to Sheringham on the coast. There are scenic walks in Holt woods and fantastic shopping facilities in Holt town centre with many antique shops, restaurants, galleries and pubs.
Norfolk's coastline is also home to some superb bird watching sites, cycling paths, golf courses and stunning views for the budding photographer or artist to capture.
Inland, there are wonderful stately homes to visit such as Sandringham, Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall and Houghton Hall and also the City of Norwich which has superb shopping, restaurants and lots fun things to see and do.
